The Netherlands is a hockey country. Both the women’s and men’s teams have been formidable competitors for years. Ellen Hoog is one of the major talents, no doubt about it. In 2008 she and her team-mates took home the gold medal for the Netherlands at the Olympic Games. But that was then and this is now, which means all eyes are on the next challenge: the 2012 Summer Olympics in London. Is defending a title harder than capturing it? Not if it’s up to Ellen.
